Round 8 of Mosport

How will our drivers do on our 2nd road course of the season just after the wreckfest that was Road Atlanta?

A great race overall for the Ford teams! 8th place finish for me. Having some Tim Horton's donuts back at the hotel!

Collins: "Had to retire the #4 today. The car was just not agreeing with me, it seemed too loose most of the race. Great job to Dom Caps though, ending that bad luck streak!"

Davis: Finally a chance to show what these Mace cars can do, and Allen and me wreck. That ain't going to be a fun conversation on Monday.

Silverfox: "2nd again, not bad."

Pericles:" Could have had a top 5, that ridiculous call ruined my day. Luckily some of the drivers ahead of me in points already wrecked out. Congrats to Sandfer, still have a grudge on your sister..."

Great run not just by us but by the whole Turner Fenway Team. The whole team getting Top 10s is a win for the whole team. Our car ran great even though I got punted to 6th after getting 2nd the first time.
Other then me, I am so proud of my DWSR driver Skyla Johnson as of late. She has ran in the top 10 the past two weeks in a car that surprisingly makes the grid. I am excited to see this next season for DWSR.

Johnson: "I can't believe these cars can get a top ten! Why wern't we in this series?!"

Thenos: "Daytona, because someone ran their mouth."

Sean: I know the team is in a building process, the whole premise of us bringing modified Elites cars isn't working as well as we thought. However we really have never had the chance to get going because all these morons keep wrecking us. I have been in wrecks I believe in every race this year, and the majority have been the fault of others.

Wilhoit: Very impressed by Caps' performance, now there's no need to release him!

Jordan Davis (YAMP Motorsports): Great run by all 3 guys. Getting a 1-2 Finish it is almost perfect. Anyways excited for next week.

Cavy: "This one is for the team"

Well I disappointed the home town crown with a crappy 30th place finish, also doesn't help when you qualify wayyyyyyy in the back

Jacob Hart Finishes 11th

Jacob: We at FBR aren't fully prepared to go for wins yet on these road courses. Our road course program isn't the best but we are going to get there one day. Car handling was off once again. Solid finish non the less. Right there at only a race back to the point leader in points now. At this point in the season we got a lot of work to do to be champions this season but we are going to give it a hell of a run.

Noah: These road courses were going to kill us. We don't have quite the notes and right equipment to prepare a fast road course car. We just had bad luck like a lot of the top teams did today with wrecking out. If we can stay out of trouble maybe we can have some luck like we did at Road Atlanta and the same kinda luck Jacob had today. But just like Jacob said, we got work to do if our organization wants to be champions but anyone that is around 100 points back has a good shot at being up in the mix in only a couple of weeks of good runs. We both are there. We just need Top 10 and Top 15 runs to get up in the point battles. If we can get past Cape America with a good run we might be in good shape for these next few weeks. We'll see.
