Round 14 The Indianapolis 250

OOC: First off, if you are a painter, you can bring special schemes to Indianapolis. I'll let them run here. But they actually have to be good!

Kenny: Back home again, in Indiana...

Kenny: Well looks like the week will be filled with dodging raindrops. I love being in my hauler when it is pouring rain. I wonder if Cavy will be throwing one of his legendary parties a few doors down. For old times sake, I want to call security on him again!

Glad to be back at one of my best tracks we go to

Davis: I got a good car this weekend lets see what it can do
Tedford: After a disappointing A700 hopefully these cars are fast here.

Kenny: A lot of full time cars running special schemes for Indianapolis. Rumor has it that CBM is running a Breast Cancer Awareness scheme!

OOC: The 80 Action Terra is open now because Pushanda is competition director

Kurtis: Well, I always liked Indy, it gives me a weird but good feeling to it.

OOC: Or Ryder Smith, hes been looking for an Elite break.

Cavy I'm buying Chicken Patties down at the closest SuperMarket, then signing autographs, come back to my hauler, and throw a legendary party as expected. No invitation, anyone can come! Make sure to bring food, especially tacos!

OOC: There was around 5-10 kids from my school who have either been expelled or suspended for drugs in the last 2 years. Luckily I'm not and never will be one of them.

Qualifying amended as only 66 cars will Attempt Indianapolis

66 cars will attempt the Indianapolis 250. This will cause another system to be used. The field will be sent out in one massive 66 car session. Then the top 24 cars will be locked into the race. Everyone else must then fight in another session to lock themselves as the top 18 from that session move on. Indianapolis will not utilize qualifying races.

Kurtis: That's a good thing to hear, just gotta hope we get to the top 24 in the session.

Syron: "The top 24 are locked in? That's great! Now that I fully understand the track, I'm confident that I can lock myself in."

Pole Qualifying: Syron goes 2 for 2 in Special Event Poles; Thunder locks all 4 cars in 3 in top 5.

In the top 24 car lockout session... Cooper Syron once again proves he is the master at getting a draft. Syron drafted with 3 different slower cars late in the session to grab the pole by a tenth of a second over everybody else. More surprisingly The Thunder Subaru Team, locked all 4 cars in the top 24 session after all 4 of them missed the American 700. 3 of their cars qualified in the top 5. Only to be spoiled by both Horizon Group cars. Jordan Davis worked with Jacob Hart, to lock themselves qualifying 6th and 8th respectively. The Silverfox siblings did likewise to lock themselves in the race. James Silverfox was particularly lucky, as his teammate Cody Llamas had a mechanical problem early on in the session, and never recovered as the session went on. Kyle Shock Jr. one of the bright young stars will make his debut on Sunday starting P16. And Nick Mace just edges Adam Tedford and DJ Kurtis for the 24th position. Kyle Collins had an engine let go during the session as well and did not participate. The Team KIR car also had numerous mechanical problems! All 3 cars were quite quick in Practice!

The bottom 42 cars will participate in a last chance qualifying session which the top 18 will proceed to the main event in positions 25-42.
