ARCSOA CEO Stephanie Tilton expects wide open and competitive field for Sunday's race

ARCSOA CEO Stephanie Tilton has never really delved into her own thoughts about the upcoming season before. However Tilton this season did give insight on to what the season may have in store. "I have been at the last two test sessions, and with the exceptions of 1 or 2 back-marker teams, the entire field looks really close. I personally can't wait for the season to begin."


Myatt brings up concerns about Blue Flare Motorsport after 1st Practice

The always controversial 3-time ARCSOA champion Kenny Myatt is never at a loss of words. However Myatt as well as Eric Hough of Cathenix went up to ARCSOA Competition Director Vijay Pushanda about the safety of having Blue Flare Motorsports on the track. Myatt said in a press release afterward, "I have never seen anything quite like them before, they have a couple of ancient Lexus cars from like 4 years ago out there meandering around 5 seconds off the pace at an oval no less. Plus there two drivers haven't exactly been known to get out of the way in the past." Driver Nicholas Vernier also has expressed concern about the Blue Flare's, "They look really out of there depth, by some miracle Perclies won the Indianapolis 250 last season, but other then that he's done nothing in the sport. Add Kyle Collins who is a moving roadblock every week in two cars that are a good 10-15 MPH slower then everyone else. It is going to be a recipe for disaster." Pushanda responded to this saying, "They have to make minimum speed by lap 4, if not I will call them in. They will be allowed to Qualify as well."

Collins: "A moving roadblock? Damn, that is kinda offending. It's nice to know what drivers think of me in ARCSOA. And I'm not that slow, if I was a moving roadblock I would've been gone a long time ago and I wouldn't be doing so good in the SCS"

OCC: Hmmm... I thought BFM was using the Lexus model that Lexus Developments used cause that model was a midpack car... Hence the reason I picked the manufacture. Something tells me I'm not gonna be in S19 for too long

Definitely excited for this season to start. Porsche has been amazing ever since I joined. I'm hoping me and Angel can get along this season. Blue Flare is going to be a problem like Visa Lola was. And its ironic since the two drivers are the same from Visa Lolas. I'm not that concerned really.
Red Bull on the other hand has shown a lot of great results. Kurtis wants to get the championship that he nearly lost last season. Vincent is trying to capitalise from a disappointing season that he had no luck in. The two drivers look evenly good so I am excited to see these two battle.

Cavy: We were testing earlier today and I was coming up from the apron pretty slow and we passed Blue Flare while they were going their top speeds. This team needs to realize that they are dangerously slow.

Phadkar: "Cars been decent, we're going to make some improvement for the actual race"

Shock Jr.: "I'm fine seeing both Nick and Kyle(Collins) on track. But hey... I don't want to see a Nigel Norris deal."

OCC: Well, thanks to Kenny for telling me why me and Pericles do bad. It feels great to know why we don't do good, I truthly don't care how bad or good Collins does. As long as he gets to race in the AES I'll appreciate that!

Matt: Real excited for my 2nd season of AES. Looking to improve on my rookie season, and maybe get another win!

Nathan: Wasn't too happy with my rookie season, but I'm looking forward to this one. Now that I have more experience, I feel I can do much better this season.

Shock Jr.: NATHAN! My deal is still on the table. I'm going to fight you in the finale. And I will take it for Michigan. Ohio will fall one day. And it will be today. Pure Michigan and Discover Ohio will fight for this championship, and I will want it either way... Just you and me.

Silverfox: There are four turns on this track, my car is ready to be wrecked into all of them.

Kenny: Time for knockout qualifying, Cars 1 & 9 should be strong!

James: I really hope our cars were as good as they were last season, because we need that same consistency

K/O Qualifying

Cavy: Great job by our guys on starting 11th in the race and advancing into all rounds of qualifying.

James: Can not wait for tomorrow, Love the car (Glad its not Red White and Blue) and it handels great. We couldve gotten pole, but we had no Tandem to work with.

Pericles:" Wasn't surprised our cars were as slow as a cow. We were a second of the pace. This tells me my season is already over."

Shock Jr.: "It's a top ten. I can't be happier."

Thenos: "I got adjusting to do. Nice to see Alan and Toumas doing good."
