| Indianapolis is going up right now - Has Indianapolis Spoiler crap:
Part Time Championship all but Over
On paper, Kenny Myatt is running away with the Part Time Championship. After scoring in both American 700, and Indianapolis 250, along with his other strong results. Kenny Myatt is the favorite to win it. However don't consider it over just yet.
Myatt is racing in his final guaranteed race this weekend at the Ohio Motor Speedway, a track in which historically he hasn't done well at. Nick Mace, who was quite strong in the American 700 before falling out, and scored points at Indianapolis is still a serious threat. He still has 4 guaranteed attempts left after failing to score at Road Atlanta in Round 2.
Tristian Wilhoit still has one race left as well, and despite being so many points back. He still can be a threat providing he does well at his guaranteed race in New York, along with D.C.
Erin Perkins is also running this weekend in Ohio. Perkins has done very well here in seasons past, coupled with the fact that she is probably one of the best Short Track drivers around. She has only used 1 of her guaranteed races at Homestead and she is 4th in Part Time Points. Her results in Ohio, New York, Illinois, and Talladega will be interesting to see.
Face it, Myatt on paper is running away, but in reality, Myatt is in a very vulnerable position entering Ohio. A good result may put him over the top. However if he runs poorly, he may be under serious threat!

| James: I need a solid finish to stay in points contention. My crew needs to make no mistakes on this 14. | |
