2015 Round 3: Chinese Grand Prix Empty
PostSubject: 2015 Round 3: Chinese Grand Prix   2015 Round 3: Chinese Grand Prix EmptyJuly 3rd 2015, 8:39 am

BAHRAIN GP CANCELLED
Due to more political protests in the country, the Formula A paddock heads off to Shanghai, as we foresee some rain coming into race day.
This is the second year in the row that China is being ran in the rain, and it CERTAINLY won't be as disastrous as last year, as Diche Wascher won the grand prix on Strategy.

4 DRIVERS TO THE BACK OF THE GRID: REMOVED FROM QUALIFYING
Tristian Wilhoit, Barker Yashin, Andrew McBlair, and Dylan Yaser, were all sent to the back of the grid for their mishaps during Clark. They were sent there because of their unsafe exit off of pit road, causing avoidable accidents taking themselves and other competitors out of the race.

CONCERNS OVER THE TIME LIMIT
When it comes to wet weather, teams and drivers question as to whether or not we'll finish the grand prix by the time 2 hours has past. If not, the race will be red flagged, and the driver leading at the time will be declared the race winner.

LORENZO ON POLE AFTER A WIN LAST WEEK
Cayden Lorenzo uses his driving ability to take the pole for the rainy race. Lorenzo is the current points leader at the moment, and Matsumura starts 17th. With that said, Lorenzo may have a chance at getting away with the points lead.

Wilhoit: I f***ing hate it when I get penalized, Delta's pissed at me already!

Lewis: Put me out of my misery............

Conway: Well that's what I get for getting screwed out of a Rapid Pair ride. It saddens me to be starting in the back, where did my fast driving go?

Yashin: "The f*ck, when did McBlair have an unsafe exit from the pits? It was only me from Red Stallion that did so. Unless I missed that part when I was watching the race recap, McBlair did nothing this race"

Liepins: "Hoping to have a great run here, running 9th in the points and already with one top 5. Good luck to all the competitors and I'll be sure not to let Crow Motorsports down"

Freeman: "Wilhoit... Yashin... McBlair... Yaser... Where the hell is the guy who purposely wrecked Joseph Kurtis? Like, should'nt he be sent to the back like McBlair was when he purposely took out Lewis? Seriously, this stuff should be thought out more. I hope to see good runs from both Sowman and Kurtis today"

OCC: When did McBlair have an unsafe pit exit? Did I miss it cause I don't remember it happening...

Yes, it happened I believe halfway in the race, if you look at the video carefully, there was a crash, that McBlair caused that took himself, Yashin, and Vailier out of the race.

Actually, McBlair was casually driving through the track like he was supposed to when Yashin exited the pits and tried to wedge himself between McBlair and the wall taking them both out. McBlair was innocent in that wreck!

And what about O'Shea? He deliberately turned my driver and didn't get sent to the back, didn't get a penalty, he got nothing. You should switch McBlair's going to the back penalty and give it to O'Shea for deliberately turning Kurtis.

Derek Graham (Brave Fast Principle): This has been a very interesting season so far. I'm happy that my drivers have been racing near the front and staying away that crap in the back.

HEADLINES: Infiniti Red Bull Racing looking to get back into Formula Alpha

Red Bull is looking to make a comeback for the next season if it's either 2015-2016 or just plain old 2016 season. We nearly won the championship in the 2014 season and left to focus on ARCSOA Elites. We are coming back if we have to buy out a team or just add an extra spot on the grid. Our model car is being tested here at Shanghai before first practice starts. We have two different cars being tested.

We have been looking at drivers that are coming through the ranks and some that deserves a better ride in the series. One driver that we are looking at is Argentinian Sophia Vargas that has race with USA Red Bull Racing in the DWSR D2 Series and current replacement for Amy Shelly. She did great in her first ever race in Formula Alpha to come so close to a points paying spot that got us wanting to try her out. We are also looking at Indy Car drivers too so we will see what goes on.

Wilhoit: Looks like the weather's clearing up, and the track's drying up fast! Get ready to place on your dry compounds!

Yashin: "Dammit, I raced around the corner to hard and got into Lorenzo. It was unintentional though, my car was too loose so I lost control when I made contact with Lorenzo and dumped us both"

Liepins: "22nd isn't bad, I'm doing pretty decent for my rookie season. Don't know what else to say really, I have to thank Crow Motorsports for the amazing setups I've been giving. Gotta thank the crew that helps prepare my car"

Freeman(Owner): "I bet you all know what I'm gonna say, why the hell did O'Shea get no penalty? He deliberately turned my driver in Round 2! But, I have to admit both of my drivers had half decent runs today. Sowman continues his Top 20 streak placing 16th and Kurtis places 21st"

J. Kurtis: "It's a shame I get in a wreck before turn 1. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Well, that's what happens when you're stuck in the back."

American United to get better equipment going into Round 5

In the way the AUS team is running, they have the drivers wanting to compete to win, but not the greatest of equipment. They have struck a deal with Psytomi Racing, a branch in the new Finguy-Psytomi Nintendo Motorsports family, to bring better engines, sleeker bodies and chassis.
