| One of the prolonged questions asked coming towards the end of the European tour was will the Round Of Michigan actually happen. As of last week a track wasn't even decided, many people thought we'd be going to Detroit Belle Isle. However ARCSOA CEO Stephanie Tilton and the Michigan Tourism Board announced that the race will actually be a double header held on an oval that was just built in the parking lot of the old GM factory located in Flint Michigan.
Michigan Tourism Minister Rodney Carapolo stated, "We wanted the race to be in Flint for two reasons, the first is to celebrate the automotive history that this state has, and the 2nd is to rebuild Flint Michigan from an industrial town into a tourism destination."
ARCSOA 3 time Champ Kenny Myatt had other things to say about the track. "Why are we racing in the most violent city in America. I have seen pictures of the track, and it doesn't look too bad. But the area around it looks really crummy."

| MIS is not ARCSOA standards and there is no Superspeedway in Michigan. What about Flat Rock? | |

MIS is not on because Blue Ridge is essentially a clone of it. Flat Rock is a no... I really liked the way Factory City tested. Plus it pulls off the abandoned industrial look quite well!
