Modified Series

We need a modified series. If I had nr2003 I would volunteer to do it since that kind of racing is very common in Ct and its great racing. But I'm still trying to fix nr2003 when I downloaded it. Plus its on my laptop and I have bandicam and I fixed my Mic so I don't sound terrible.

I know your not allowed on Skype but if you want if this could be a thing I could co commentate with you on Skype or G+

Hopefully this can get approved because I would love for this series to be in ARCSOA. I didn't get why no one thought of this idea. And I have alot of track ideas too if you have them for nr2003

Well we have a Minor League section. I couldn't see why we should say no, but if it's going to be under the ARCSOA banner then you'll have to ask Kenny.

It matters on what modified series you are doing. Are you running full out dirt track modified, or will this be like whelen modified series. Either way you're are going to have to do a bunch of short ovals, and you would become a Tier 4 series.

Yea, I know. Would probably prefer short ovals and, to spice it up, maybe a road course. Thou I may have Kansas or Kentucky be a Championship track, but I would try to ding ovals that did not produce wreckfests

Make it a dirt series. Most of the drivers in ARCSOA keep saying they have dirt backgrounds, well lets make a series that way future drivers can start on dirt.

Then I think we should have a dirt and a short oval series. So since Cavy came up with the idea of a modified series he can choose which one he wants to do. Also when you record you do it from spectator view, because these series are underfunded.

I was planning on something like Whelen but this is a good idea. Run one season of Whelen Modifieds, then when that season is over go to dirt modifieds. When you finish go back to Whelen. Just like that. And Whelen will be it's own thing and so will Dirt. Also I have alot of good suggestions for Whelen tracks to use for it.

Hmmmm, That would be confusing tbh. I would prefer a mixture of the tracks, by maybe I have some people drive Dirt, some do only concrete and some do both. And I have 14 Full time, 14 Dirt and 14 Oval drivers

The Whelen modified tour consists of all asphalt and concrete tracks. I didn't want to break that barrier. What I was saying is Dirt and Whelen would be 2 separate series. You run one at a time so you don't have too much on your platter

Yes dirt I wanted to be a different type Modifed. I think Shelly should mainly be in charge of dirt and I will be in charge or however we organize it for the Whelen Modified Series. Like the Schedule and sponsors would be upto us but we would make both reasonable. Like for Whelen Modifieds we should have 1-2 cars per team and have no Tier A drivers (DWSR, SCS, AES) in here because you don't see Jeff Gordon battling Dale Earnhardt Jr for a win on modifieds every day. Plus it would be no point on running if we had every AES driver in here.

Say something for a big tier event, add a third car for full-time teams, and maybe a Elites driver of grassroots in the US could compete, and only grassroots drivers. Say, from the south or around even at Michigan and NY.

Okay, I guess I can do dirt, just I dont like doin dirt that much but its running an Arcsoa sanctioned series, so I guess Im in. I would have asked to like divide the country up and race in tracks based on north-south or east-west

Well the first race if the season is the Napa Spring Sizzler 200 at Stafford and that would be a one off race, (Only one of the season) there are 10 races just to keep it simple for the first season. Might as well post the schedule I was thinking for, for the Whelen Modified Series that we could run.

As you noticed around 8/10 races are to the east cost mainly because the Whelen Modified Tour I watch evolves from the East Coast. As you can see I didn't want all East Cost tracks so I got tracks like IRP and Motordrome. I would've done Riverhead but I don't care for that truck much really.
